Former UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali has expressed his hope that Egypt would enjoy full stability nationwide so that it could achieve progress and restore its regional and international position in 2015.
In his message, Ghali called on Egyptians on the New Year to work harder to face the challenges and solve all problems.
Ghali seized the opportunity to greet Egyptian leadership and the government on the Christmas and the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad.
