British Ambassador to Egypt John Casson delivered an invitation from the British Parliament to House of Representatives Speaker Ali Abdel Aal to visit the UK in the nearest possible future, according to a statement of the House of Representatives.

The British ambassador congratulated Abdel Aal on his election as the Parliament's speaker in addition to the completion of the road-map in Egypt, it added.

The meeting tackled ways of boosting relations at the parliamentary level as well as the possibility of resuming the British tourists' flights to Egypt.
