The Cabinet, under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, okayed Monday a number of decisions in the economic, social and services’ fields.

The decisions included fixing prices for purchasing 2016 products of cotton, approving a draft law on organizing journalism and media, amending the syndicates’ law.

They also included approving two soft-loan agreements between the government and the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) to develop Qasr el Aini hospital and another project on expanding western Cairo power station, to be funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
