The cabinet called on Wednesday for maintaining the strategic industries due to their major role in supporting the Egyptian economy and protecting national security.

The cabinet expressed determination to pump more investments to develop such industries.

It also called on ministers and governors to follow up the finalization of under-construction projects as soon as possible.
