The cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, will probe a number of political, economic, social and security issues during its weekly meeting here on Wednesday.

The cabinet will discuss measures related to implementing the government's platform presented to the House of Representatives recently which aims at improving the atmosphere of investment in a way that allows attracting national and foreign investments and create real job opportunities for youth.

The meeting will also cover the latest developments in investigations on the hijacking of the Egyptian passenger plane as well as cooperation agreements signed with a number of world nations.
