Cairo governor Galal Mostafa el-Saeed held a meeting with Baghdad governor Ali Mohsen Assi and his accompanying delegation to discuss promoting cooperation between both cities.
During the meeting, Saeed has underlined Egypt's full support for the government of Iraq.
Cairo is ready to provide Baghdad with expertise in all economic, cultural, industrial, educational and administrative fields, Saeed said.
For his part, Assi said that Iraq seeks with all available means to take advantage from the Egyptian government support.
