Cairo Governor Galal Moustafa Said made an inspection tour of a Nile berth in Maspero in Cairo, on first day of Eidul Fitr (Lesser Bairam), to make sure that security measures are beefed up.

He toured the area on board a river bus and distributed sweets to youth and children.

The governor was accompanied by Public Transport Authority Chairman Rizk Ali and Head of Boulaq District Ibrahim Abdel Hady.

Said inspected also el Mounira General Hospital to make sure that it is ready to receive emergency cases.

He discussed developing the hospital with Head of the Health Directorate Hossam el Khatib and head of the hospital Mohamed Shawky.
