Cairo Security Chief Ali el-Demerdash has inspected security measures outside Churches in the capital ahead of the Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations.
Minister of Interior Mohamad Ibrahim has given instructions to tighten security measures at Churches ahead of the Christmas and the New Year's Eve.
The measures include in plain security personnel and explosives' experts.
Rapid Deployment Forces will also be stationed around the capital to react on the spot to any mishaps.
