The Health Ministry said on Friday that five people were injured when a booby-trapped car went off in Alf Maskan neighborhood, Cairo.
In a statement, the ministry said that the car bomb targeted a police vehicle in the square leaving four policemen and one civilian injured.
One of the injured was moved to Heliopolis Hospital in serious condition, the ministry said.
