The Sudanese Chief Justice, Dr Haydar Ahmed Daffalla issued a decree on Monday establishing the Special Criminal Tribunal for serious crimes in Darfur to be headed by Justice al Amin al Tayeb al Bashir, of the Sudanese Supreme Court.
The tribunal membership includes Justice Isam Mohamed Ibrahim and Justice Dr Ahmed Hamdain Tibaig, members of the Court of Appeals.
