President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday issued a presidential decree to pay state servants other than those who are subject to the newly-adopted civil service law a bonus.

The decree, published at the official gazette, stipulated that the beneficiaries of the decree will get a bonus estimated to 10% of their basic salaries.

The bonus will not be considered as a part of the basic salary, according to the decree.
