Prices of flour and rice reached dlrs 120 and dlrs 150 respectively for each one kilogram, a CNN report revealed on Monday.

According to the report, one kilogram of milk cost 300 dlrs in Madaya said to be choked off by military blockades and landmines, a matter that hindered any attempt to smuggle foodstuff into the city.

The US channel further talked about credible reports, quoting doctors at field hospitals, of daily 250 starving to death cases in the city.
