Chairman of the Legislative Reform Committee Sameh Ashour has said the coming parliament would be of "minorities" as no political trend could exceed 20 percent of the seats.
In statements to parliamentary reporters on Sunday, Ashour added that there would be the immediate result of the lack of political parties' impact over the past few years.
He said that the committee did not consider all draft laws and did not meet regularly, two reasons he said could impact on its mission fulfillment.
