A source with Anbar operations room announced on Tuesday that its force killed a commander of Daesh terrorist group and seven of his aides in eastern Falloujah, western Iraq.
An Interior Ministry source said that joint security forces engaged in clashes with Daesh militiamen and killed the eight members of the terrorist group.
Also the force destroyed four cars and an armored vehicle, he added.
In a related development, the security forces discovered 10 workshops for preparing booby-trapped cars and manufacturing bombs in Tikrit, northern Iraq.
