Qaliubiya Governor Mohamed Abdel Zaher on Saturday said that compensations will be paid to the people who were affected by the fire that erupted at a thermal insulators factory in the province.
A panel was formed from the various relevant bodies to out the necessary investigations and assess he losses, Abdel Zaher added.
The culprits will be punished, the governor concluded.
