A spokesman for the Libyan General National Congress on Friday asserted that making concessions is an option to end the current conflict in the country.
The Congress does not mind to make concessions but also needs guarantees, Omar Homaydan told MENA correspondent.
He affirmed that all warring sides and political factions in Libya should act to get out of the current crisis.
A comprehensive plan with a time-frame is urgently needed to reach a political solution to the crisis, Homaydan underscored.
