One conscript was wounded in a terrorist attack targeting a security checkpoint on Ismailia-Suez desert road.

Ashraf Abdel Azim sustained a bullet in the foot when unidentified men driving a car opened fire at the checkpoint.

Security forces launched a manhunt for the attackers.
