Speaker of the House of Representatives Ali Abdel Aal said on Wednesday that laws issued before the election of the parliament must be referred to the parliament within 15 days from its first session under article 156 of the Constitution.
"If they were not discussed or rejected by the parliament, their enforcement will be annulled, unless the parliament approves their previous consequent effects," he said.
The Constitution was put into effect on January 19, 2014.
The first session of the parliament was held on Sunday.
