Cairo - MENA
The Coptic Orthodox Church mourned on Friday Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz, who died earlier in the day aged 90.
In a statement, Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese extended his condolences to the Saudi people over the death of “a wise and remarkable leader.”
The king will be always remembered for his stances toward the Arab and Muslim nations, the statement added.
