The Council of Representatives today held an open meeting to review cooperation among members.
The meeting, chaired by Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, discussed ways to coordinate legislative work and to develop regulatory performance as well as the Council’s readiness to consider issues and projects.
The lawmakers also reviewed ways to speed up projects and accomplishments through positive cooperation with the various ministries.
The activities of the Council and its local and international reach-out and achievements were also discussed at the meeting.
The Council of Representatives, elected in November for four years, will hold its regular sessions every Monday.
