The general secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia on Friday mourned the death of King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz.
"We condole with the royal family and the nation over the great loss," said Fahd bin Saad al Majid, the secretary general of the council.
"We wish King Salman bin Abdel Aziz and his Crown Prince success," Majid added.
