The administrative justice court ruled on Tuesday that Gaber Salah Gaber, nom de guerre Jika, be one of the January 25 Revolution martyrs.
The court said in the reasons of the ruling that despite a decision issued by the prime mister in 2012 considering those killed in the second incidents of Mohamed Mahmoud Street as martyrs and another decision by the national council caring for the families of the martyrs to consider them as martyrs, their names have not been yet included in the January 25 martyrs.
