Mansoura Criminal Court on Sunday dismissed appeals filed by three members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group.
The appeals were filed to challenge imprisonment sentences over charges of rioting, committing violence and joining a banned group.
In Tanta, the prosecution decided to remand 19 Brotherhood members in custody for more 15 days. The defendants are accused of instigating violence.
Egypt designated the MB as a terrorist group in December, 2013. The group has been blamed for a series of terrorist attacks in the country.
