Cairo Criminal Court

The Cairo Criminal Court is to issue its verdict on May 16 into the trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 130 leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood in the case of Wadi El Natroun prison break.
All 131 defendants are accused of breaking out of jail during the January 25 uprising with the help of Hamas and Hezbullah operatives.
Of the 131 defendants, only 27 are attending the trial. The rest are being tried in absentia.
Most of the fugitives are from Hamas and Hezbullah, who are accused of collaborating with a number of Takfiri Bedouins in Sinai to undermine state stability and sovereignty in the wake of the January 25 Revolution.
