The Administrative Justice Court at the State Council on Tuesday issued a ruling turning down a lawsuit for delaying the House elections, that will be held in March this year.
The plaintiff has called for delaying the elections for one year on the ground that the security situation in Egypt is not suitable for holding the polls.
The court found out that there is no evidence that the security situation in the country does not allow for holding the elections, especially that the new constitution of Egypt has urged completing the three authorities in Egypt in implementation of the goals of the January 25 and June 30 Revolutions.
