A court in Luxor decided Sunday to remand four policemen in custody for 15 days pending investigations over charges of torturing a citizen, identified as Talaat Shabeeb, to death.

Earlier, the Public Prosecution held in custody four policemen at Luxor police station for four days pending investigations.

The prosecution decided yesterday to remand five police officers in custody in the same case.
