The Court of Cassation upheld on Wednesday a 10-year jail sentence imposed on two policemen for torturing to death 28-year-old Khaled Saeed.
The three-judge panel rejected appeals by the two policemen, Mahmoud Salah and Awad Soliman.
The court's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
