A locally-made bomb exploded Sunday morning in Qaroun square in Fayyoum on the fourth anniversary of the January 25 revolution.
A security source told MENA no casualties were reported.
The source said a number of members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood threw fireworks on the central security camp in Zaqaziq in Sharqia, but no casualties were reported.
