Culture Minister Helmy Namnam described the Egyptian-Saudi relations as historic and strong as evidenced by the joint stances on many issues and the political and economic support between the two countries.

This came during a celebration organized by the General Union for Arab Producers headed by Ibrahim Abu Zakri to thank Saudi Arabia for its supportive stances to Egypt.

An operetta show on the Saudi Arabia was organized and a galaxy of Saudi artists and media men were honored during the celebration.
