Governor of Northern Lebanon Ramzi Nohrra ordered a curfew until 7 a.m. in Jabal Mohsen after an explosion hit a cafe in the area.
The army set up a security cordon around the café in Jabal Mohsen.
Earlier in the day, a double suicide bomb attack in Jabal Mohsen killed at least seven people and wounded 20 others.
