Daesh appointed a new ruler for Mosul to succeed Muammar Hazem who was killed in a raid launched by the international coalition forces in Iraq, according to local sources in Ninawa province on Monday.
The new ruler executed 30 persons of the organization for espionage and treason after assuming his post.
