Daesh terrorist group executed 13 dissidents in a public square, according to the Free Officers movement in Mosul on Monday.

The extremist organization, which controls Mosul since June 2014, carried out "heinous crimes" against the residents of the city by cutting the hands of four civilians during Eidul Fitr (Lesser Bairam), local sources in the city said.

These crimes violate human rights, the sources noted.
