The National Security Sector in cooperation with Ismailia Security Directorate on Saturday arrested a dangerous terrorist cell of the Muslim Brotherhood involved in carrying out a number of attacks in the governorate before attacking the prosecution premises in Qantara and a number of electricity pylons.

Working upon a tip-off, police arrested nine members of the Muslim Brotherhood who have been planning to attack the prosecution building.

During interrogation, the detainees confessed that they planned for the attacks.

The prosecution ordered the defendants to be jailed for 15 days pending further investigations.
