The Saudi-led Decisive Storm Operation shelled in the wee hours of the morning Huthi posts and other posts for forces loyal to ousted president Ali Saleh in Aden, a Yemeni website reported.
Aden al-Ghad newspaper said the coalition's commanders coordinated with field officials of the Southern Resistance regarding the air strikes.
"The air strikes hit their targets," it said.
Also in Aden, clashes erupted between members of the resistance and forces loyal to Saleh and Houthis, eyewitnesses said.
