Coordinator general of the supreme negotiating commission of the Syrian revolutionary and opposition forces Riyad Hijab said on Friday that the commission has formed a delegation to assume responsibility for negotiations.

Specialized committees have also been formed to tackle legal issues and international relations, Hijab added at a press conference following a Riyadh-hosted two-day meeting.
