A number of workers were variously injured after a scaffold fell at a cement factory in Central Sinai.
Ambulances are moving the injured to hospital.
Tareq Khater, the undersecretary of the health ministry in North Sinai said about 50 workers were injured, according to the first emergency call they got.
Deaths might have occurred as well, Khater said, adding the dead are yet to be identified.
