Egyptian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Field Marshal Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met here on Tuesday with Sudanese defence minister Gen. Abdul Rahim Mohamed Hussein, who is currently visiting Cairo.Discussions during meeting dealt with mechanisms to strengthen military and security cooperation ties between the two countries at the moment , an Egyptian military source said.
