Egypt appreciates Kuwait’s want to reach Arab accord through change in stances of some Arab countries to refrain from interfering in other states’ domestic affairs, the Foreign Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel Atti said on Saturday.He was replying to a question concerning Kuwait’s efforts to set the stage for an Arab Summit that will be held in Kuwait on March 25 and 26.
