Egypt's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Badr Abdel Aati

Egypt said on Friday that it has closely followed up the framework deal between Iran and the United States, along with five other world powers, on Tehran's nuclear program, saying it was looking forward that the agreement would be a step toward achieving stability in the region.
"Egypt has not been updated so far with the details of the deal and awaits more information about it," spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Badr Abdel Aati said.
The spokesman added that Egypt is hoping that a final deal would be reached by June 30, leading to achieving stability in the Middle East and prevent an endless armament race.
Egypt also is hoping that a final deal will boost its repeated calls to free the Middle East from the nuclear weapons and all forms of mass destruction weapons; a goal Egypt is keen to achieve to support stability in the region.
