Egypt, its government and people, condemned on Wednesday, with strongest terms, the killing of four Tunisian national guard members at central Kasserine region Tuesday night.
The official spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Badr Abdel Ati offered condolences to the government of Tunisia, the Tunisian people and the families of the victims, expressing solidarity with them in this crucial phase.
Around 20 militants attacked a checkpoint in Kasserine region, killing the guards and stealing their weapons, the government said on Wednesday.
