Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met here Saturday with a delegation of Syrian opposition figures.
The meeting, which is currently being held, is scheduled to discuss the need of
finding a political solution to the conflict in Syria that will ensure the unity and independence of the country.
During the current visit to Egypt, the Syrian delegation will meet with a number of officials as part of preparations of the Syrian national opposition conference which will be probably held in April.
