Egypt and Iraq condemned all forms of terrorism and restated joint coordination to counter the terror wave sweeping the region.
Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, during a press conference held following talks with his visiting Iraqi counterpart Haider al Abadi, congratulated the Iraqi people on forming a new government.
The Egyptian vision on Iraq is clear and based on restoring the unity of the country, he said.
Egypt denounces all forms of terrorism and acts by the terror group of Daesh, he added.
