Egypt's Ambassador to Libya Mohamed Abu Bakr termed the initial agreement inked Saturday between the parties of Libyan dialogue at the presence of UN envoy to Libya Bernardino León in Skhirat city, Morocco as historic.

Abu Bakr said the agreement broke an important psychological barrier within the framework of national concord.

In statements to MENA, Abu Bakr said after the inking ceremony, Egypt is looking forward to forming a national government in Libya.
