Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab offered his condolences, over the phone on Tuesday, to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah over the passing away of the latter's wife.
His Highness the Prime Minister thanked his Egyptian counterpart for his sincerest sympathies.
