Egypt's Foreign Ministry

The Foreign Ministry reiterated its call on Egyptians in Libya to maintain a high level of vigilance and take appropriate steps to increase their security awareness following the killing of 21 Egyptians by the terrorist Daesh group.
Egyptians were also advised to maintain constant contact with the ministry officials via its 24/7 hotlines.
"There is a high threat from terrorism," the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.
Following the mass killing, Egypt issued a travel ban on Libya and urged its citizens to leave the war-ravaged country as soon as possible.
