Egypt renewed on Wednesday its strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression on Gaza that has been going on for weeks now.

Egypt, in a word at the extraordinary ministerial meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah, called for supporting Egyptian efforts aiming at putting an end to the Israeli offensive and achieving the Palestinian demands.
The word was read out by Ambassador Mohamed Badr el-Din Zayed, Assistant Foreign Minister for Neighboring Countries Affairs on behalf of Foreign Minster Sameh Shoukry.
