An Egyptian delegation on Sunday visited the headquarters of the Libyan parliament to congratulate the convening of the first session after the recent elections.
In a statement on Sunday, the delegation stressed Egypt's support for Libya in face of security challenges countering the country.
Egypt works to restore security, stability to Libya, the delegation said.
