The venue for the Human Rights Council at the European headquarters of the UN in Geneva

The Transitional Justice Ministry said on Tuesday that Egypt is seeking to improve the human rights conditions.
Concerning a periodical review of the human rights, the ministry said in a statement that the Egyptian stance is supportive of the human rights.
The Egyptian responses did not tackle the issue of the international supervision of the elections, which was not raised by the member states of the UN Human Rights Council, it said.
It added that Egypt during all the previous votes allowed observers from the international organizations and the civil society to follow up the elections.
