Beirut - MENA
Egyptian Ambassador in Lebanon Mohamed Badreldin Zayed said the Egyptian aid supplies for the Syrian refugees in Arsal village in northeastern Lebanon will arrive here Tuesday.
The aid will be dispatched over three days.
The Egyptian Defense Ministry will start airlift the aid supplies to Syrian refugees via three planes coming from Egypt to Beirut, Zayed said in a press statement of the Egyptian embassy in Lebanon.
The supplies include medicines, medical equipment and food supplies along with tents and blankets, he said.
The aid comes out of Egypt’s awareness of the humanitarian sufferings of the Syrians displaced in Lebanon, he said.
