The joint Egyptian-Sudanese committee convened Sunday here at the level of senior officials to prepare for meetings to be held at the ministerial and presidential levels to discuss means of promoting cooperation.

It will be the first time the committee holds a meeting in the presence of the two countries’ presidents.

Today’s meeting will run for two days, while the ministerial meeting will take place Tuesday and the presidential one Wednesday.
